About AUIS
The patented commercial and residential Automated Utility Isolation System (AUIS) functions as a sewer control valve providing “closure” protection during emergency storm conditions or when a building is completely shut down. The AUIS does not have to be activated as it is controlled automatically based on current flood level conditions and a local level sensor. When installed, it allows the owner to build a facility on grade (existing elevations) without backfilling.
